Dr. Francisco Cruz, MD
Dr. Francisco U. Cruz is a board-certified Addiction Psychiatrist with a specialized focus on the mental health needs of the geriatric population. At Bliss Specialty Healthcare Group, Dr. Cruz provides expert psychiatric care for older adults, addressing conditions such as depression, anxiety, dementia-related behavioral issues, and substance use disorders. His compassionate and individualized approach ensures that patients receive comprehensive mental health support tailored to their unique needs.
Dr. Cruz plays a key role in clinical leadership by supervising Bliss Specialty Healthcare Group’s psychiatric nurse practitioner (NP). Through his mentorship and oversight, he ensures that psychiatric services meet the highest standards of quality and effectiveness. His collaboration with the Nurse Practitioners enhances the practice’s ability to provide accessible and well-coordinated mental health care for homebound and office-based patients alike.

Dr. Arilda Margjoni, MD
Dr. Arilda Margjoni is a board-certified Family Medicine physician who provides oversight and clinical support to the Nurse Practitioners of Bliss Specialty Healthcare Group. In her role, she supervises field providers and ensures the highest standards of patient care across assisted living facilities, home visits, and community-based settings. Patients and families also have the opportunity to see Dr. Margjoni directly, as she provides in-person visits at least twice a month.
With experience in urgent care, direct primary care, and medical directorship roles, Dr. Margjoni brings both clinical expertise and strong leadership to Bliss. She is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and maintains active certifications in ACLS, PALS, and BLS. Her professional memberships include the American Academy of Family Physicians, The Menopause Society, and the Obesity Medicine Association. At Bliss, Dr. Margjoni is committed to supporting our providers and ensuring patients receive safe, timely, and effective medical care.
